Our presenter Fabian Haun welcomes today’s guests: Lucia Stra\u00dfer, lawyer and member of the management board of the IT security company @-yet, and Marc Henrichmann, CDU\/CSU member of the Bundestag and rapporteur for data protection in the Committee on Internal Affairs.<\/p>\n

Lucia Stra\u00dfer will provide insights into the practical implementation of data protection in companies, talk about the importance of retention periods and deletion concepts and discuss how data protection can also be seen as added value. Marc Henrichmann sheds light on the challenges of the GDPR in practice, talks about the current draft bill to amend the Federal Data Protection Act and shares his assessment of the new EU AI Regulation.<\/p>\n
